Thanks everyone, right now i'm lifting lightweight, using resistance bands, and doing bodyweight exercises for strength training. I know i need to step it up, just don't know how to go about it. Thanks for linking!

I think they're fine occasionally. I'll make some steamed veggies to eat with them bc they're not all that satisfying. Just watch out as most have a ton of sodium and some have very little nutrition.

An entire large new york style pepperoni pizza at 4am after binge drinking. Oh college.

It's motivated me to spiral into horrible anorexia for years, so I guess so.

There are a TON of apps I've found that work-silva relax, relax with andrew johnson, and breathe2relax. They help me kind of stop thinking. I have noticed a definite difference with the amt of time it takes me to fall asleep w/ meditation vs without. Also, there are a lot of nightime yoga routines that you can do (some in…

I'm already at an "ideal" weight at 5'5 and 130 lbs but I would prefer to be around 105 which is technically underweight for my height. Do whatever makes you happy and healthy!
-
Well you already added me but hi! I'm 131 since my honeymoon (we ate a lot, I gained 10 pounds, have lost 4ish) and stuckkkkk! I'm 5'5 and have a desk job too and it's terrible! My goal is anywhere from 105-115. I said this the other day, but it's so hard to have motivation when you're not even overweight!

Weight watchers makes what they call a "giant" chocolate fudge bar that's only 100 cals, I find it pretty satisfying if you're looking for ice cream. Also yasso makes fro yo bars and they're full of protein and low in sugar-there's a chocolate fudge and mint chocolate chip and they're 100 calories and delicious.

A UK size 6-8 is a 2-4 in US sizes. And no, you are not eating enough.
-
No way are you a US size 8-I'm a 4 and I'm taller and also bigger than you. You're plateauing bc you're starving yourself. Try eating 1200 calories and you'll probably start losing again. Also, drink water.

I lost 10 pounds before my wedding and about 2 inches. I will say, in the month before you'll probably lose 10 pounds between being stressed and just running around like a crazy person being too busy to eat. I lost all my weight in the month before, so be careful and don't get too small for your wedding dress! Good luck!

I'm 131 as of this morning and 5'5. My goal is 105-110. It's hard to get motovated when I don't feel huge and am still w/in my normal, healthy weight range!

After dinner I have to immediately get out from in front of the tv. I do yoga, get a shower, wash my face, brush my teeth-anything to get away from the thought of snacking. I've been in therapy for bulimia and a therapist once told me that if you can wait 15 minutes, the urge will pass. This is SO true. When the urge to…

Assuming they couldn't find your gallbladder because it's covered up with a lot of scar tissue which is common with gallbladder issues?

I have the same issue, but I always have. I've been recently dxed with IBS-C. Whatever you do, do NOT take a stimulant laxative (ducolax or phillips). Your body pretty much gets dependent and you can't go on your own. A couple of months ago it had been over a week so I went to the doctor-he told me to take mirilax every 2…

This has sealed the deal on my decision to never have kids. Dear god. Mothers, bless you.

Caffeine can also be a huge problem. It gives quick bursts of energy and then you crash. Maybe try only having a cup in the morning and taking a walk after lunch. When I get tired at work (which I do bc I sit ALL DAY), I get up and walk around the floor or do some squats in the bathroom. It usually helps. Sitting all day…

I know, it wasn't really a response to you, just all the kick a dog people. The best thing to do when a dog approaches you is stay calm and tell it no. If that doesn't work I agree with carrying pepper spray, because if the dog is big enough to be scared of in the first place, kicking them won't do any good. I think…

Yes, responsibility is a 2 way street and most parents are great about teaching their kids doggie safety. If I haven't kicked one after nannying and teaching a class of two year olds, I never will. Seriously though I love kids and would never kick one.

not directly in the eye, but she's been grabbed by plenty of children. she's extremely patient and she doesn't get spooked by them (thank god bc she's not small), but I do see this happen a lot-kids run up to her followed by parents going "oh I'm so sorry" and wisking their kids away. a lot of dog bites are provoked by…

Can I kick your child when it runs up to my leashed dog and pokes it in the eye? Dog owners need to be responsible and keep their dogs on leashes, but parents need to teach their children to keep their hands to themselves.
