Thanks Malibu I normally use mfp to calculate and have been eating most of my exercise calories. Maybe due to my thyroid been under active it's time to stop doing so and start cutting more calories out of my diet. I'm going to go man-made carb free this week and see if it helps budge the scales!

Do you have a under active thyroid? Ask your doctor if you can have it checked. Woman tend to carry more stress, and stress creates cortisol hormone and it makes you retain fat cells. Lynette try substituting it with sparkling water ... especially with italian food... it's awesome and once you get used to it... you'll never want the artificial taste of 'diet' soda again...I hate the taste of "diet" drinks

I'm in week 3 and have lost 14 pounds so far. Hopefully loose much more by the end but am watching my food intake as well. My exercise pants are getting loose so I'm sure I'm loosing inches too just haven't measured yet. But couldn't believe the results were this fast :)
