I am a nurse myself and starting back to school again next week working towards my MSN. I am having trouble as it is finding the time to exercise, I don't know how I am going to fit it in.

As a nurse, I know that it is not necessary to have a BM daily some go as many as 3 days. The usual advice increase fluids & fiber. Gentle laxative would be the last resort.
