    5'8.5 and i'm currently 150lbs, my UGW is 120. I have a small frame so anything over 130 and I look chubby. Also no this is not me in my profile pic. LOL I Wish.

    This. All of it. I got down to 194 before I became pregnant.. and then got lazy so put it back on.
    I want to try to aim for about 140, but as I said - I'll see at 180 :D

    5' 7" Goal was 159 Hit it. Maintained for 2 months now give or takea pound. Would not be upset to see 150 but everyone feels I have lost enough... I have a lot of muscle....Even though I am wearing a size 8 everyone thinks I wear a 6. :drinker:

    I'm at 152 now. I was down to 138 a few months back and am working on getting back to at least the low 140s.

    I am 5 ft 8in; 164 lbs,medium build. Currently a comforable size 14, can sometimes squeeze into a 12.
    My goal is to be 135-140 lbs and a size 8.

    I am 5'9"....originally my goal was 150 but I am 154 right now so i think I am going for 145....I'm using an old pair of jeans as a guide!

    I'm 5'8" and currently 161 lbs. I'm still at 31% BF though so I think my goal would be about 145lbs. Need to get that BF% down...

    Pretty much the same. I'm 5'8", 164lbs, and 32% BF. Goal is 145-150lbs. I would love my BF% to be between 21-24%. Lots of strength training!

    I'm just under 5'9" and my goal weight is 150lbs, but I'd settle for 155lb. I have been as low as 135-140lbs before and I think that was too skinny for my body type.
    My starting weight was 194lbs and my current weight is 179.5lbs.

    There is nothing wrong with being tall and thin...I strength train 2-3 times a week and have plenty of muscle, which is why I'm the size that I am. 4 yrs ago I weighed 151 and was wearing between an 8 and a 10... sometimes a 12. Now I also weigh 151, but am 2 sizes smaller then I was back then.

    Love this - I was in a size 6/8 before my youngest son was born so who knows, I may be in a smaller size once I lose the fat and gain the muscle.

    I am almost 5'9 and my goal weight listed is 145 but that may change based on my body fat %...I will reevalute every 10lbs.

    I'm 5'8" 218lbs ... When looking back at pictures from when I was 170, I think I Iooked great but even back then I wouldn't be caught in a bikini so I set my goal to 150.....we'll see! Good Luck and I hope this helps =)

    I'm built like the broad side of a curvy barn and 5'9"; thinnest I ever managed was the low 140s, (some of it after college) with a lot of starvation and not enough exercise - right now I'm aiming for 145-150 with lean muscle and good food choices. Current weight is 153-ish, which puts me at a US size 8 in several mid-priced clothing brands (Loft, Gap, White House Black Market). I'd be happy to stay in the low 150s as long as I keep gaining muscle tone. :) Hope that helps!

    I am 5'8" and my goal weight is about 155-160. I too am a curvy girl with a big frame and if I go below 155 I look sickly. I am realistic as well and know that although I could probably get lower, I would be miserable trying to stay there. A healthy happy me is what I am working towards, not super model status.... lol

    I'm 5'8 1/2 with a medium frame and I'm about 156. My first goal weight is 145, my second is 140. I lost a lot of weight 4 years ago and have gained a few pounds since then. I refused to weigh myself during the process so I'm not exactly sure what my beginning and end weights were. I know I dropped 4 pants sizes. At my smallest weight, I was falling out of the pants that fit me comfortably now. I dropped a cup size in my chest and literally had no butt, so I don't necessarily want to be that small. I'm not comfortable at the weight I am now because I'm not toned. My overall goal is to be a size 6 and to be toned, so whatever that weight ends up being as long as it's within a healthy BMI I'll be happy :)
