  • I have really been successful with logging in my diary the day before. That way I know what I can eat, before I get to the meal. If you know you're going to be going out to eat or something to that effect, you can make sure you eat smaller meals before and save the majority of your calories for the meal out. I feel great…

  • Congrats on the first 10 pounds! I just hit that myself and it feels amazing! I just bought myself some new slippers. I know it sounds not very exciting but I think sometimes and I just put off the necessities. My next 10 pounds will be a set of ramekins for the kitchen whoo hoo!
  • I have a magic bullet and absolutely love it also! I use it for smoothies and making baby food. Just a tip....after you are done using it fill it with warm water and a little bit of dish soap, then blend away. It's a really easy way to clean it!

  • I am nursing my 6 month old and I enter my nursing into my food diary. It gives you negative calories like if you exercised. You can enter it by ounce or a guessimate by how old your child is.   • It looks to me like your reaching your calorie goal, but actually not eating enough of the right things if that makes sense. Try to get in as many foods as possible that are low calorie and healthy instead of just a few high calorie items. If your body isn't happy with the food you are choosing to put in it, it will rebel…
