oh i want to get some kettlebells for my house to use but they are so expensive!!! i may just have to invest in some of these.

I can burn anywhere from 600+ in my Zumba class. I am an instructor. So it all depends on how much you put into it. I know when I do my circuit training, if I push myself to add more weight (ya know really push myself), I burn more calories. oh and i weigh 241.

Wow. Has he met a milestone yet? If not maybe he is a little jealous. I would be mad at my husband too if he did that! If you like it, leave it in! I got my nose pierced last year and I have some that like it and some that hate it but it is my nose so it doesn't matter! HUGS!!!!!

I am actually a Zumba Instructor and I did lose weight last year (along with eating right)...I gave up eating right and gained some of it back......but now I am back on track!!!! You should try to get into a class in your area!!!!

It can be low impact or high impact. That is the beauty about Zumba.....you can make it your own! If there is a move of a new song that I teach my students, I teach them 1-2 different variations they can do. That way if one step is hard for them they can modify it down.

I too have to lose a lot of weight but I took the plunge and became an instructor in June 2009 and I LOVE TEACHING!!!!!!! It is awesome!

Yes. Keep with the Zumba! I am a Zumba Instructor and have seen a lot of success stories. Maybe find a class close to where you live and take that. Go to www.zumba.com and you can search for a class on there. From there you can contact the instructor if/when you find a class to get the information on it. Zumba is great and…

It does not look like you are eating enough! I know it is hard to imagine but if you do not eat all of your calories a day......you can gain weight. you are putting your body through a starvation mode when you don't eat enough. Even when you are working out...you still need to eat your calories.....you just don't have to…

At last nights weigh in, I lost another 4 pounds bringing my total to 23 pounds!!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!! I know I can do this now! I am over 20 pounds and anytime I tried to lose weight...I NEVER LOST OVER 20 POUNDS!! :happy:
