I just got word that they cancelled zumba at my gym..... I'm thoroughly upset... I'm definitley going to complain....:sad: :grumble:

ZUMBA is my fav.!!! Even though I still have a ton of weight to lose, I have become a certified Zumba Instructor and teach anywhere from 2-4 times a week. When I'm not teaching, I'm still there...what can I say, I just can't get enough.
I too have to lose a lot of weight but I took the plunge and became an instructor in June 2009 and I LOVE TEACHING!!!!!!! It is awesome!0 -
sounds like fun! Is it low impact? I had orthoscopic knee surgery about 4 weeks ago and I cannot jump or anything like that.

It can be low impact or high impact. That is the beauty about Zumba.....you can make it your own! If there is a move of a new song that I teach my students, I teach them 1-2 different variations they can do. That way if one step is hard for them they can modify it down.0
