I think they use the FDA recommendations, but I also agree carbs are too high. I changed mine to 40/30/30.

Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to respond . I did end up buying a suit from that website and it was on sale and even had underwire, which is hard to find in plus size for some reason. I'll do my best to not worry about what other people might be thinking and just have fun!! Thanks again!

Deep dish pepperoni pizza with jalapeño ranch. It's over my daily calories for the four slices I shove in my face so it's technically a cheat meal. We eat out every Saturday but I don't consider that a cheat meal because I log it and stay under calories for the day.

Blackberries for breakfast, tomato and lettuce on my sandwich for lunch and a whole zucchini, corn, black beans and cherry tomatoes for dinner.

2% Greek yogurt with a 1/2 cup of blackberries and a little Splenda. I don't get very hungry in the mornings.

I have a problem with overeating later in the day too and have also found that pre-logging helps. I'll also save some room for an extra snack so I don't go over. I usually eat dinner around 7pm and that's about 400-450 calories with lots of protein. Then, around 9pm I'll have two bags of the 100 calorie popcorn with a diet…

It's my understanding that the site automatically adjusts your calories down as you lose weight to correspond to your new, lower weight now that you need fewer calories.

Coffee works for me too when I'm thinking that I'm hungry or want something sweet. I make mine with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and a tbsp of sugar free creamer and Splenda. 35 calories and it fills me up and satisfies my sweet tooth.

I don't eat pasta at all any more. Zoodles are a super-satisfying replacement with a ton less calories and carbs.

Have patience! Your weight will fluctuate all the time so get used to that. Just keep doing what you're doing and you will see results. I lost no weight for a whole month then dropped six pounds last week alone.

I had the same problem and didn't lose any weight for a while freaking month! But I was measuring and logging my food and last week I dropped 6lbs. Your progress will catch up but tighten up your logging.

I also use Optimum Nutrition and like the Vanilla Ice Cream or Extreme Milk Chocolate.
