its a really good feeling,,,, take sometime for people aroud you to notice but when somebody that doesnt see you often see you they noticy right away... i lost 2o something and even the closest people are noticing,,,,its great

Hy, i run a 5k ( 3.1 mile) in 33 minutes, im super over weight and i only beeing doing some running for 2 1/2 months, first i was just walking, then walking/ running, now im running the full 5k in 33 minutes and it feels great, keep running and your time will get a lot better with no time at all.. God bless

i just got my polar f6 and it is great and helps a lot, like last time i was at the treadmill and i was going to fast the hrm told me i had to go slower....i was going over 85 %... buy it it s a great investment...

all right Im all happy... i just came from the gyn and i ran a 5k on the treadmill, of course the time wasnt good but hey...good enouth for me....37 minutes ... runing most of it at 5 mph... i did a few 5K but always walking/running... this time was just running... and it feels good... without mfp it will be impossible...…

hello... i got this new dvd with billy blanket ( i think thats his name) it TAE BO a great cardio .... Im trying to log the calories i burned with it but there is no tae bo in the MFP... Does anyboby knows how many cal can i burn with a 40 minutes of this exercise?? please help...

Im not a expert.... but there are many things that afect your weight during the day, I got this problem of weighting myself many times a day, and every time the weight is diferent..... ... try to weight yourself at the same time .... and the best is in the morning... this way you will see whats going on for real..... dont…

Açai berry is a great fruit, brazilians have beeing eating for a long time with great success... Not knowing where you live, but try to fing a brazilian store,.... here in south florida we have plenty of then, you can have the real deal, no capsules or powder... but the real acai na tijela .....so good and so powerfull....
