Good for you! I admire runners so much. Just something I can't get into. Keep up the great work!

Thanks I just started running last month and it does feel good. Takes away a lot of the stresses of being a mom of a 19 (almost 20) and 18 year old.

Congrats. I can't wait for the day that I venture into the wonderful world of running again. I'm a little running-shy after several consecutive injuries due to it.

But enough about me... congrats on running :) It really is a great stress reliever!!!

How long did it take you to do 2 miles. I did 2.5 miles in 40 min. on the treadmill. Is this good?

Great Job!!! Did you run outside or inside on the treadmill? I can't wait for the weather to get nice around here so I can walk/jog outside. I can't run a full two miles. I usually walk some then jog some, then walk some, then jog some ..... I really admire those of you who can run for the full two miles. Keep up the great work.

I ran on a treadmill and it took me about 20 minutes. I can't wait till the weather is nice enough to run outside. It was warm enough but I didn't have a chance till the evening and I don't like being on the road in the dark walking or running.

Thanks for all the kind words.
