I finished C25K on July 18th. I completed my first 5K Sunday with a time of 35:14. For my next 5K, I hope to shave 2 minutes off my time.

I am training for a half-marathon so I run in the morning. In the evening, I take my son to the Y for swimming, karate, etc. While he's in class I go to Zumba or workout in the gym. I love it and it works out great. It's a wonderful end of the day stress reliever.

Wow, this is amazing! Thanks.

You're amazing,C25K and a triathlon! Congrats on week 9, a 30 minute run is a real accomplishment.

Don't give up! A burger will make you happy now but when you gain back those 8kg you will only be more depressed. Try a workout that is less intense like Julian Michaels or The biggest loser workout. Never Give Up!

Thank you! This is phenomenal.

Hi CityGurlA, Welcome Back! This is my second time on this journey as well. I lost the weight the first time but slowly gained it back over the years. This time I am going to lose it and keep it off :). I started the C25K program to begin running again. I also try to eat no more than 1300 calories a day. I usually don't…

Thanks guys, for all the support. I feel like I can conquer the world now :). I can't wait for my first 5k in July.
-
Welcome to MFP, we are on this journey together. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I run in the morning around 6. I like running in the morning because it calms me before a hectic day of work and kids. I usually drink a cup of water and eat a small banana and raisins. Since I have been having trouble meeting my calorie goals( in a healthy way), I just started eating yogurt and granola before I run.
-
Congrats on completing the program! I'm sure you will rock your 5K on Wednesday. What's next for you? Will you try a 10K or stick to the 5K's?
-
My friends and I went to one for a bachelorette party. It was really fun and a great workout. Would love to fit one into my busy schedule.
-
Welcome to MFP! Best of luck on your weight loss journey.

I'm doing the Dolphin Dash on July 29th, in Los Angeles. It is one week after I finish the program. Hopefully, I will be able to run the whole race. I am already looking for a 10k race to keep me motivated  .

Loss 1 pound this week. Hoping for at least 2 pounds next week. Great Job, everyone! Let's keep it up.

I like herroom.com too. The Enell Sports bra is the best. A little pricey but I promise you can run a marathon and the girls will not hurt.
-
Congratulations! You rock.
-
I run in the morning at 6am. I love running in the morning because it is peaceful and quiet before the kids wake up. I'm on week 3. Good Luck All.
-
I started Zumba this week, 3 days. Drinking at least a gallon of water a day and doing week 3 of C25K. I can't wait to weigh in on Sunday.
-
I love it. I'm on W2D3. It really works. Used it several years ago and ran 2 5K's and one 10K. Unfortunately, I became sedentary and the weight came back. But this time I want to complete a marathon. Good Luck!

Bravo, to you for 18 pounds in 5 weeks. Keep up the good work. Feel free to friend me.

I'm 5'5, my goal weight is 145. I just want to get into the healthy zone (BMI) and lose the belly fat.
