Heck, I feel bad when I don't get my 1k calorie burn. I almost always get 750 and never go actually over. But I dont feel bad.. I just workout harder the next day!

I have the polar f6 or something like that.. it was under $100 and works great:heart: .. just cant directly link it to the computer but I easily put the same stats in manually so it was worth being affordable!

I hate yoga but do it. HATE it. I also do the Kenpo mostly because it is just a fun workout. I throw in Plyo or Kenpo on my rest day and only take 2 a month. When needed. It's easy to stick to the 90 day plan. Just start it follow the program and then next round modify if needed.

I do a combo of ChaLEAN Extreme and the Brazil Butt Lift. I modify the jumping to save my knees.. So far I those haven't bugged me at all but I pay close attention to keeping my Knees behind my feet. I have never done Slim in 6. I just know Chalean Harps on how to protect your knees and it seems to be working.

I have been eating every 2.5 to 3 hours 6 times a day. My largest meal is at the very latest 4 PM. I have been doing the 6 small meals every 2-3 hours and have gotten tremendous results. Also my 2 bigger meals are breakfast and at 4 pm. Just a small snack around 6.
