I am in my 2nd month of ChaLean Extreme and am seeing incredible results..6 weeks in no plateau! I see theere are lots of X's on these boards. I always thought the p90x workouts were L O N G! Plus you had to get extra equiptment. I am loving ChaLean Extreme! I started the 21st of December and since then have lost.. 22+ pounds. I have just started working out in the AM though and find I am much weaker than my usual 6 pm workouts. I wanted the benefit of the boosted metabolism.

Burn Intervals is my favorite workout of everything currently out there. I love the recipies too! They are good just as a healthy cookbook. I hope others are digging the CE program. I plan to do 2 rotations of CE then P90x to keep it mixed up. For Cardio I do my eliptical or BB Rockin Body or TJ.. or HHA (I am doing a 7 am str or ab's workout, then doing a cardio workout at 6pm) the PM cardio's on strength days are usually 2 short HHA or Rockin Body Ab workouts.

I am eating clean and trying to make a permanent change. I was just wondering if others are seeing similar results?

I'm a Beachbody Coach and I'm in week 2 of Chalean X! I LOVE IT! I just bought the Bowflex Select Tech's 552's! I'm loving it! Loving it! Loving it!

You can find me on facebook! lhayles72@hotmail.com

I'd love to be buddies through this!

I find that when I follow the Abs Diet eating guidelines, the weight just comes off! I'm glad you posted your extra cardio routines. I also go to the gym because I like more cardio. However, I don't know how that will work in month 2. Does it kick @zz? Let me know!

I am doing ChaLEAN Extreme... into my final week of the Burn Circuit. I did experience the plateau/slight gain of the first two weeks, but now weight seems to be dropping. I'm quite impressed with the strength I've gained from it and am really looking forward to the PUSH and LEAN phases to see what I can do!

Me me!! I'm on week 6 now and loving it! Down about 4# now and feeling leaner all over! I'm loving the Push Circuits, wow was I sore last week!!! Love it though!

And also wanted to add that I eat clean and use MFP to keep my eating in check. I find that eating has always been my struggle. I can work out like crazy but gotta keep the eating clean or I don't see the results I want!

    Ditto, Jess! :)

I can't wait for PUSH! I think I'll surprise myself with how much I will be lifting... heck, I was surprised last week that I was pulling 20's for biceps (and that was for 10-12 reps!)... I've NEVER lifted that heavy before! It feels empowering :)
