Hi there, my name is Carol. I love this database. :heart: I have used other's but this is by far the easiest.. I am in the 2nd month of the new ChaLeEX program. Seeing great results too! I am really trying to eat right. I am going on vacation end of next month so I have extra motivation. I am working out twice a day. One being much easier than the other and giving my self at least 10 hours in between workouts.

I live in the great state of Montana and use videos mostly for workouts. There is a gym 6 miles away that no one every uses or I could venture the 25 miles to town but with forums and internet pals, I do fine with the at home workouts. Thats my workout life in a nutshell.

I plan to use the food diary every day to keep on track. It is crazy how much you can eat if you plan it out. I acutally have a hard time eating enough EVEN when I plan 3 meals and 3 snacks. See ya all in the forums everyone!

Oh my, my ticker says I haven't lost anything but it IS day 2 on this site so it is all good. I hope it says lost 17 pounds before too long!

    What river is that? Picture isn't big enough for me to tell. I actually live on Rock Creek. My guess is that would be the Blackfoot???
