-

-
Yeah this is the biggest I've ever been in my life
-
Yes if you have a year you definitely can. I dropped 40 lbs in one year.
-
Do some research on fasting.
-
haha well go you :P He'll get over it.
-
hey!! welcome:)
-
Hey:) If you mean your leg muscles are still sore and tight I would definitely do some Yoga, it will loosen you up and you will feel really good afterwards. If thats not what you mean then I have no clue :P
-
Yes you should quit!! Keep in mind that caffenine is still a drug even though its legal. The only reason I'm saying this is because you will go through a detox for a week. Its probably why you get grouchy. When I go through a caffenine detox I get a headache. Its a very mild detox of course, but it can still be a challenge

hmm well I don't know if its true or not, but I've heard fitness experts say that Insulin and HGH can't coexist? So for example if you eat all these simple carbs before you go to bed and you get an insulin response, than you would be stunting growth of gains you made in the gym earlier that day. Or not getting the most…
-
It makes you feel fuller longer so you won't eat as much. Plus it doesn't hit the bloodstream as fast, so theres no insulin response. Your body will more likely stay in fat burning mode then fat storing mode.
-
Good carbs are slow digesting or complex....like whole grains, wheat bread. Bad carbs are simple. carbs...candy...white bread etc.
-
welcome!! Lets be friends:P
-
You can do it!! Use this site, its awesome :P
-
There are good carbs, which are slow digesting (whole grains) and bad carbs (white bread etc.). The reason why carbs can be bad is if you eat too much of them your body will go into fat storage mode instead of fat burning mode. Which you obviously don't want. Thats the short answer. I can tell you the long answer if you…

I wouldn't let that deter you from doing insanity. Shawn T always says take a break if you need it. Heck, I can't even do the insanity workout.
-
Hell ya. Look what you did!

Fasting is awesome!!! I would recommend doing 30 minutes of cardio, for example jogging or jump rope. Keep a clean diet, keep your calories low and you will see results! Keep it up! plus what Shelby said :P
-
hmm didn't know that! But ya man soda drinks are bad. I agree you definitely can lose weight while drinking them, but its just another obstacle.
-
I mean all soda drinks aren't ideal for weightloss, they have high frutose corn syrup in them. I would definitely stay away from diet drinks because they make you hungrier. Ever drunk a diet drink on an empty stomach? it iritiates your stomach lining (thats why it makes you want to eat more). If you want to drink soda I…

Yes I hear this gets you ripped out of your mind.
-
Your regimen looks good man. But ya your not gonna see that much of any muscle gains when your losing weight, because your so low on calories. You gotta make the decision to drop the weight first, then build some muscle or vice versa. Most people do a 3 day to 5 day strength workout program
-
I'll help you!!
-
Its just your trainers way to help you not get burned out. What your saying may be true. Alot of people going months and months on a diet will sometimes just break done and quit, this is just a way to ensure you stay motivated, etc. I've heard alot of people talk about this concept. Usually I've heard of a cheat meal, not…

I would definitely bump up your cardio to at least 30 minutes a day... do some jogging or jump rope. From your diary I would say you seem to be getting alot of carbs, which may be your problem. I would go for less processed foods, cut fast food if your eating any. I would start fully journaling all the food you eat…
-
Definitely go for Insanity!
-
Get a gym pass? Or another great cardio exercise is jump rope....I know it seems like boxers only jump rope nowadays but Its really great cardio, takes a little practice to learn if you never have before though
-
You can do it! Just clean up your diet and get an exercise regimen. Welcome! :)
