Anyone have a good suggestion for DVDs? I have a lot @ home, but looking to add more to my collection. I LOVE cardio ones, but am also open to any others out there. Thinking of giving insanity a try sometime soon... =) p90x isn't realistic for me b/c of my time schedule. i'm looking to do 30-60 mins for the DVDs. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Art of Strength - Providence, if you want to get into kettlebells. Great workout.

I am doing for the first time 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, as serveral others on here have done it and lost several pounds and inches in a month. I was doing a lot of walking 4miles 3x a week, but with the weather getting colder here and our first snow, I can't get out with the little one. I also bought the Biggest Loser for xbox which I am looking forward too. In the past I loved Denise Austin and the Military workout with Raul (?) when they were on FitTV. We don't get that channel here, but I know Denise Ausin has tons of videos. Hope this helps. Also, check out your library and rent from there to try it out before you buy it....great way to know if you really want it!
  • Bob Harper's Inside Out Method & Kettlebell DVD's are great and little different - I've done all the others too and they are good as well. Check them out @ Mytrainerbob.com = think they have them on sale for $4.99 ea? or at least they did recently.
