Last 14lb

Hiya guys,

I joined MFP on 4th Jan 2012 - I have lost 55.5 lb to date and I have 14.5 lb left to go until my target

Anyone got any tips and advice now I am close to my target?

Im still losing but at a much slower pace than when I first started

    Congratulations on your loss so far! I'm down to the last 15 lbs or so. I haven't done it yet, so can't really advise you, but to be honest it sounds like whatever you're doing so far is working. It will go slower the closer you get to a healthy weight, so just keep doing what you're doing! If you haven't already, you might want to consider making a slightly smaller calorie deficit than you had to start with.

    Try a low carb diet perhaps, or youtube search Intermittent fasting
