Legs?

So I did a 5k last Thursday (not my first) and ever since haven't been able to run or do much of anything. When I'm walking my bones in my legs feel weak and almost splintery (?) And my knee is so sore. And ideas?

    Hey:) If you mean your leg muscles are still sore and tight I would definitely do some Yoga, it will loosen you up and you will feel really good afterwards. If thats not what you mean then I have no clue :P

    It isn't the muscles, it's like the bone. :/

    I'd go to the doc and maybe get a referral to a D.O....could be shin splints/bone spurs.
