The only way I ever lose weight is by not eating breakfast! If I eat breakfast I want to eat ALL day its the strangest thing!

Try the sofa to 5K program... Running can be addictive! It really sucks at first but than you start competing against yourself and trying to do better than the last time and the time before that. Sign up for an actual 5K and share your goal with everyone... facebook, here, wherever... you are more likely to complete it if…

Love it! Use it a couple of times a week! So convenient!

The only time I've really experienced weight loss with running was when I didn't think about weight loss. I know that totally sounds bogus but its the truth! Focus on the positive things and weight loss just seems to follow. Fill in this blank: I'M RUNNING BECAUSE _________ with something other than "because I want to lose…

I don't know specifically where you are going to be but LA Fitness is great! Its a little pricey but you get classes, pool access, etc. for one price!

I'll premise my response by saying that I am a server on the weekends and have worked in the industry for around 7 years off and on and that I started out as a TueGo girl for Ruby Tuesdays.... I only tip togo people if it is in an actual restaurant (not a pizza delivery place, not a sandwich shop, etc.). Especially if that…

Carrots & Hummus is my fav! Almonds are also very easy to keep at your desk.... high calorie but VERY good for you :)

Ain't nobody got time to worry about nipples! lol...

Spring Break Panama City Beach my first year of law school... my friends and I had frat boys from an undergraduate moo at us in the hot tub... Clearly we'd all gained more weight than we'd realize.... we were use to being the hot girls previously.... luckily I was drunk and oblivious to the situation... I had to be told by…

Maybe I'm just cheap but I tend to stick to the free Map My Run app... I'm always running with my phone anyway.... plus I put the waterproof case on it so no worries if it rains or whatever.... may have to check out some of these awesome sounding watches though!

1. The Walking Dead (I now know how to secure any room) 2. Breaking Bad (I'm now suspicious of all RVs) 3. Animation Domination (This is my way of cheating to incorporate all Sunday night cartoons - Family Guy, Simpsons, etc.) 4. Dexter 5. How I Met Your Mother

^^^ This. If I were you I would break your whole new wardrobe out into a smaller goal - put back X amount of cash every time you complete a workout or X for every week that you complete all of your goals... itll make financing it much easier :) and if you actually do cash you can watch your stash grow... very…

Just changing into my gym clothes does it the majority of the time. If my butt is still dragging I take a little C4 to help pep me up... I'm not a big proponent of pre-workout supplements but sometimes after a long day of work you just need something for that extra push. It also helps that the majority of the time I am…

Nice realistic goal!

Eating a bit more helped me break my plateau and I found that out accidentally.. but its probably more about figuring out what works for you as an individual

^^^ bahahaha excellent point!

I started running when I was in the 7th or 8th grade for the mile fitness test and continued to do so after with a little encouragement/pushiness from my track crazed gym teacher. I used to just run a ton of laps and she wanted me to join the cross country or track team but I was too chicken to do it. Somehow in high…

^^^ yep.... this is what I go by.

LMAO! This is the same reason I no longer read Cosmo (you can only tell me so many ways to orgasm) or Shape (lose 15 pounds this month! turns into lose 25 next month W/O working out).... they make $ off of circular repetition.

I used to keep a drink tally on the inside of my wrist with a pen... my friends thought I was showing off how much I could drink.... the next day I ran a mile for every mark.... hangover or not.... I drank mostly light beer (around 110 calories) so it pretty much leveled out. The hardest part is making yourself do it and…

So when is the intervention?! (JK! LOL!) Your boss must just be jealous because her scrubs are getting tight.... People really should mind their own business...

I did the 1200/1300 thing this time last year when I was in crazy wedding mode. Definitely not worth all the fuss!

For me exercising became more routine and less tedious - you'll still get aggravated and have days where you don't want to do it but force yourself to bc you have the willpower - when I started signing up for group sporting events. They really help take your mind out of obsessive diet mode, where all you think about is…

As long as you are listening to your body I think you are fine!! Its when people start ignoring the warning signs they find themselves in trouble!

First of all... congrats on your half... which one are you doing??? I too suffer from this issue. I typically drink a lot of water and then eat a meal... the water seems to help me cut back my food intake
