I think you are headed in the right direction. YOu have set goals and how you want to go about them. I am not sure the 5:2 diet is a good idea. I agree with this. It is just water weight. Drink lots of water and hit it hard. Re-weigh in next week and you will be doing great. If I were you I would not get discouraged. Instead get mad...get angry and have that feeling push you to work twords what you want. You can do this. Forget the past and move forward.
