  • 5' 7", 232lbs to 160lbs. Size 16 pants to size 6. Size XL shirts to M. 2015 vs 2019. Still working on losing maybe 10 more lbs, but very happy with current body!

  • December 2016-May 2017 lost 80 pounds. Eat mostly Paleo and workout 5-6 days a week doing HIIT or body weight strength training. Gained a few pounds back this fall that I'm trying to work off plus 10-15 more to get to goal. Great job everyone! 😊
  • I'm still here too, just doing level one still for my first 30 days then 2 then 3 for a total of 90.... Just easier for me that way to build up! It is definitely rough getting up every morning but still powering through :)

  • I completely agree with you guys and I'm not on a diet either.... My doctor just said my insulin wasn't doing the perfect job that it could be because im overweight and to focus more on lower carb and higher protein as my body is trying to hold onto fat... So it's truly a lifestyle change. No way I could or would cut out…

  • Lol @ cgirly! So glad she's not there, sometimes if I'm really struggling during butt kicks I will just jog in place! I'm feeling better and better on day 8 and look forward to my workout everyday! The fiancé and I are actually thinking of trying INSANITY after 30DS if we are feeling tough enough! Great job ladies!!!

  • Another evening workout... I agree with whoever said working out after working all day is tough!!
