Oh my gosh, yes! I only lost 18 lb in 2011. It was so hard. It wasn't until I started running in January that the rest of it came off and I really saw results. You can do it!!

I lost about 18 lb in a year, then the rest I've taken off with running since January of this year.

I don't usually, unless I'm really hungry and don't feel full. I try to hit that 1150-1200 mark, regardless of exercise, but I still allow for days when that just doesn't cut it.

It started December 28, 2010. I joined WW at 186.2. By March, I'd only lost 9 lb. I stopped doing WW and tried to just watch what I ate. But that didn't work TOO well.
