My Weight Loss Journey. :) 170+ to 120's-130's

I have lived a life of people judging me for my size, and I just wanted to be happy and healthy. So over a time period of probably 4 years I have lost around 20-30 pounds just by walking more and being more active, for that time I never changed my eating habits. Recently I have been motivated to go even further by eating a lot of health foods and working out regularly, so now I've lost 20 pounds in about 3 months, and I'm still not finished. My goal weight is probably 115.

    I think it's funny you took a picture of yourself in the bra section of the store--I'm gonna do that too, haha.

    Actually lol that photo was taken with my friend, we used to do weird things like that! We were trying on the bras and things over our clothes.
