    Congratulations on the weight loss! But I have to say that you look very beautiful even with the extra weight--your love for your kids/family radiates out of you and that is a beautiful thing in itself!

    Hello, I want to say congrats. You look amazing. I just started and I am so afraid I won't have the determination to keep going if I don't see a weight change right away. Did you ever have ups and downs?

    Oh my gosh, yes! I only lost 18 lb in 2011. It was so hard. It wasn't until I started running in January that the rest of it came off and I really saw results. You can do it!!

    Oh my! I can't believe I'm almost down 50 lbs, and THISCLOSE to my goal! I started out after two kids at 186.2 lb and after a LOOOOT of work and much more time than I'd like to admit, I'm finally so close to reaching where I want to be! And the best part is that I'm happy where I am TODAY, regardless of anything. And that's huge. That's something I've never been able to say.

    So, here are some pics! Before and After! Sorry they're not the best shots. When I was heavy, I didn't get in front of the camera much ... big regret.
