    Way to go Mama!! You and I are built a lot the same~I looked at your photos and said, "that could be me!". You look amazing; very healthy and strong! I started fitness training the same time I started weight loss~ and finished my first tri on May 20!! You can do it!!! And you'll be SO proud of yourself. I had not met my weight goal yet (muscle building deters from that) but now that I KNOW I can do it, I'm even more charged. You've already done a lot of the hard work~it's all a big reward from here! I have no doubt you'll ROCK it! Message me if you want any encouragement for your tri~I learned a lot. Keep on keeping on, Lady!
