The Dukan Diet made me feel extremely sick to my stomach, so I had to stop. I did lose some weight in the beginning rather quickly, but it wasn't really worth it to me.

thanks for all of the responses guys! :smile: this may be a dumb question, but how can you tell if you have a smaller or larger body frame? I remember reading somewhere you can like measure your wrists or something like that, although that doesn't really make sense to me. is it something you just kind of know?

yeah i have had a bad week, not an excuse, will get back to logging asap. but I had never thought of it that way. I know I had a major deficit going into the weekend, but it said I gained FOUR pounds when I weighed myself Monday :( Don't see how that's possible.

yep! :) i ate the chobani nonfat greek yogurt blueberry with some granola mixed in. I have class every morning at 8 a.m. and I like to try and get all the sleep I can, so I would rather not have to wake up extra early to make breakfast!

ok thanks everyone! So just more cardio. I do elliptical for 30 mins every workout, I may add stationary bike or treadmill for 30 mins as well.
