Question about frozen yogurt, help!

Okay, so I am kind of addicted to this place we have on our campus, called Cuzzins. It is one of those frozen yogurt places that are everywhere, similar to Pinkberry where you add on your own toppings and serve yourself the yogurt and whatnot. Anyways, if you look at my diary you will see I have some calories left today, plus I have not even worked out yet. I was thinking of going to Cuzzins after the gym, it has become a reoccurring thing for me, and I think I may be addicted. I usually just get chocolate (non-fat, sugar-free) with just sprinkles of reese cups, oreos and like 4 cheesecake bites. These are little spoonfuls mind you. Basically I am just wondering if eating this would hinder my weight loss in the long run? Thanks!

    No, its not going to hinder your weight loss as long as it's not every day, and you are logging it correctly within your goals.

    A little treat now and then is a great motivator!

    i would go as far to say that you can have it every day, as long as you arent cutting out healthier foods and not hitting your macros to do it. log it properly and enjoy :)
