Caesar Salad?
What is the consensus on them? I don't eat them every day obviously, but just ate one for dinner from Panera, and forgot how delicious they were. Are they really that unhealthy? The Panera on only has 500 and some calories in it, figure it cannot be that bad? Just curious what everyone thinks!

Peanut Butter
Why is it so high in calories?? My favorite snack EVER is granny smith apples with 2 Tbsp. of Earth Balance organic peanut butter, but it alone has 190 calories. Are peanuts really that calorie dense, and is this a bad snack to be having consistently? I know the apple is perfectly fine.

I am really confused. I ate around 1200 calories every day in the summer, lost 15 pounds, and am now stuck in a rut. The weight seemed to come off so easily over the span of summertime (3 months) but it's moving at a glacial pace now. Should I up my calories to 1400 or 1500 a day or will that be worse? Thanks!
