When I gained all my weight last year and knew it was time to change, I lost the 15-20 pounds I had put on pretty quickly over the summer. I haven't weighed what I weight now (145, 5'7) in more than 2 years. These last 10 pounds I am trying to lose are really not wanting to come off. I am eating well, workout everyday, have long walks to classes daily, etc. Question is, since I have had these 10 pounds on my body for a lot longer than the other weight I lost so easily, is that the reason they are taking SO MUCH longer to lose? Thanks!
