I usually work out later at night (9-ish) and never really want to eat when I get home because I really just don't have time (homework, shower, etc.) Does anyone have any easy, healthy after workout smoothies I could make? I feel like they would just be more convenient for me. Thanks!
P.S. nothing too calorie heavy!

About 250 calories for the Gold Standard Whey 1 scoop. If you use the chocolate, it's just like a chocolate shake. Seriously0
