Alright, I am a recruitment guide for greek life at my school. Tomorrow, I will be on my feet from about 9-5. Will this continuous walking burn any significant amount of calories? Only asking because I will not have time to workout, no, I am not obsessive about counting calories/etc.! Thanks!
