A couple of random questions:
1.) Can I mix a multivitamin and fish oil capsules? I plan on taking those 2 everyday but want to make sure they are compatible.
2.) I am going to try going vegetarian, what will that do to my weight loss efforts?
3.) If you have tried 30 day shred, how much weight did you lose? I am not particularly overweight (5'7 145ish) and am afraid I won't get results! Thanks
