I feel like I ate too much today, ugh. Can someone look at my diary for me today and give me some feedback? I'm somewhat mad. Thanks!

doesnt look like you ate too much according your calorie count0

I agree with bot23, and also, your food selections looked good as well.
I really couldn't spot too many flaws with what you ate.
Overall, I would give you an A+.0 -
it looks good to me!0

thanks guys! ha i guess its just because I usually don't eat back any exercise calories, but today i did.0

looks good to me. Except no water, were you tracking water?0

your sodium seems to be high...should be between at least 1500 and not more than 2300mg and you're over 3500...this is tough on the kidneys, can elevate blood pressure and cause water retention. the feeling you ate too much may be caused by water retention (bloating).
your calories, etc all look good like the other posters said.0 -
Check your sodium, maybe a little high otherwise looks good!0

Since you asked, it looks like you eat mostly processed foods, ie high sodium. There is no problem eating your exercise cals, I have lost 70 lbs doing that. Just try fresher foods ,fruits & veggies. Too much salt can definitely leave you feeling bloated. Just my thoughts.0

I love soup way too much to give it up! now im going to be worrying about sodium constantly. does everything have sodium in it? (really dumb question im sure, sorry!)0

Yes sodium is pretty much everywhere. You won't find a soup with no sodium. Even the low-sodium ones are way high.
More veggies and fruits, unsalted nuts and drink TONS of water!!!!

Soup with no sodium is easy... cook it yourself!
It is so simple to make and you can freeze it in single serve portions - it will save you heaps of money and you know you are getting something much healthier.
Your diary looked fine to me - you still have 200 cals left at the end of the day, if anything you could have eaten more.
Keep up the good work.0
