A couple of random questions:

1.) Can I mix a multivitamin and fish oil capsules? I plan on taking those 2 everyday but want to make sure they are compatible.

2.) I am going to try going vegetarian, what will that do to my weight loss efforts?

3.) If you have tried 30 day shred, how much weight did you lose? I am not particularly overweight (5'7 145ish) and am afraid I won't get results! Thanks :)

    1. You can take them together.

    2. Just make sure your protein needs are met, and your basic nutrition. Other than that, it's about how many calories you take in.

    3. At 145, you don't need to lose weight. But the 30DS is as good as you make it.

    1 & 3 are questions to me as well!

    As for going vegetarian, my best advice from personal experience is not to replace meat with processed fake meat and cheese (that helps you gain...trust me) try adding more veggies and beans and nuts to your diet first....do it slowly and have fun, there's so many exciting creations you can come up with!
