Two - a - days

Hey all, o once spring quarter starts, I will only be enrolled in 1 class for the first 5 weeks (studying abroad the 2nd 5 weeks) I have about 10 pounds left to lose, and would like to tone up a bit before I go abroad as well. With all of the free time I have, I was planing on doing 2 - a - days at the gym. Would this be wise? Would it help speed up the process? I'm assuming I will need to up my calories as well? I will have MUCH more time for rest as well (unlike now, finals week, getting about 3-5 hours a night  ) Any advice? Thanks!

Just make sure you don't work the same muscle groups two days in a row to give your body the chance to rest, avoid injury, and build muscle.0
