Studying abroad and weight loss

So I am freaking out, because on May 10 I will be leaving for 5 weeks to study abroad in Ottawa, Canada. I am so excited and ready to live in the beautiful city, but one nagging thought on my mind is my weight loss efforts. I will be living in a single dorm room. We can rent mini fridges, but I am assuming I will most likely not be able to cook. I have no idea what types of food to buy, because I obviously do not want to eat out every meal of every day. Can anyone give some suggestions? I don't want to neglect weight loss for those 5 weeks because I know I will indefinitely gain weight. Any suggestions/tips/help would be so appreciated!
