They both kick your butt! I love them both! I am currently doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid! So, I get weights and extreme cardio both in!!!! Loving the results! You can start at any fitness level! Just do what you can but you have to PUSH yourself too to get to the next level!!!

Totally agree! Over the last few months I have been loosing weight. I was worried about lose skin and cellulite. A moisturizing cream is key ( i do use an anti cellulite lotion), plus eating clean, lifting weights and cardio!!!! Over time the appearance of my legs have gotten so much better! Thank goodness!
