The best advice I can give is to 'forgive' yourself. It is ok to have these 'cheat days', and still loose successfully. :-) Someone posted about turning the day around - agreed! I try to squeeze in an exercise in on days like this, it just makes me feel better.

Hey, I'm pretty sure it means you need to reach these goals daily/weekly in order to reach your weight loss targets you have set on your profile. So yea as a genral guide you need to burn around 240 cal/day to stay on track. HTH x

Hi, I cut out dairy and fizzy drinks; my headaches stopped, my stomach is flatter, im not constantly bloated and I dont feel sluggish most days. Cutting out certain foods works best if your actually sensitive to them imo. (Long time lurker 1st time poster) FT
