Daily Exercise Log?

Can anyone explaine how the exercise diary works .. I have to admit after all this time I still dont get it :-(

when it shows :-

Daily Total Goal
0 / 45 0 / 240

Weekly Total Goal
185 / 135 1243 / 720

Does this mean that I should be exercising 45 minutes a day and burning 240 calories a day?

    I'm pretty sure it means you need to reach these goals daily/weekly in order to reach your weight loss targets you have set on your profile.

    So yea as a genral guide you need to burn around 240 cal/day to stay on track.

  • Thanks Frenchy ... it seems pretty daunting especially as I only have 1,200 cals per day. I did it before but this time its making me totally stressed - oh well, as we know, nothing ventured nothing gained. Once again, thanks for clearing that up for me:happy:
