You continue burning exercise calories even after you stop working out and your heart rate returns to normal?
I was watching this programme which did a test, first at rest, how many calories a person burned during sleep on a normal day, and then how many calories he burned during sleep after a day when he did even light exercise and his metabolism stayed high until the following morning when the test was done again.
Makes you wanna get off that sofa, don't it??
