Happy Monday all, what do we have planned for the day? I have a HIIT workout scheduled and then yoga later. I started a DietBet and yeah...need to buckle down for sure!

I walk every day, I do yoga 2 or 3 times a week, I do HIIT a couple times a week and do some strength training. Not following any specific plan though

Hello and welcome! It seems to me that I lose best when I have a plan in place or some type of specific goal in mind. You said no particular time frame, so if you're not in a hurry a half pound to a pound a week? What do you have your calories set to on here? Do you plan to exercise as well?

Welcome!!! Since you've lost weight in the past, I know that you know HOW to do it. If you're like me, it's just the actual doing of it, and staying motivated to do it. That's a struggle that I'm going through right now. I just have to suck it up and get the work done and so do you!

This is so much me lately. Winter blues have kicked in full force, it's so hard for me to get motivated to do ANYTHING other than curl up in a blanket with Netflix.

The yo-yo is real for sure!!! And being limited in exercise is just fine, you can still hit your goals. It really is more about food choices than exercise. If you can at least do some walking, that is probably all that you need.
