Hi everyone, I’m 23 years old, I have 2 kids a 3 year old and 9 month old. I am 5ft 4 in height and 13 stone weight. I’m trying so hard to get rid of the access pounds but nothing is working. Any tips? Hopefully this works for me 🙈

Drink lots of water, at least 30 min exercise a day, watch your sugar intake, no fast food!0
