I found this one somewhere on this website... I think it might've been a blog. Anyways -- it's amazing! It's thick & creamy, all while only being 367 calories! It reheats well for leftovers. We had this for supper last night... YUM! It was very flavorful and I loved the addition of the peas! I recalculated the cals using Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup & only a small can of green chilies instead of diced tomatoes and green chilies. I knew I was forgetting something!!! The nutrional value is for 4 servinsg, but for each serving you get both pieces of the chicken breast. I often get by with just having 1 of the chicken breast pieces and then some veggies on the side. If you do this, it's only 150ish cals!

It seriously is SO easy! My husband took some as leftovers the next day and said it was just as good!

Probably a dumb question... but how do you make this fruit puree? Do you add anything to the fruit when you puree it?
