Oreo Truffles makes 50

Ingredients
1 18-oz. pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
with white filling, finely crushed
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. white baking chocolate, melted
Directions
1. In large bowl combine crushed cookies
and cream cheese. Beat with mixer on low
speed until well blended. Form 1-inch balls
by hand. Dip balls in white chocolate; place
on baking sheet covered with waxed
paper. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. To
store, cover and refrigerate. Makes 50
truffles.

mmm I've made these before but used dark chocolate instead of white chocolate. You can also use 1/3 less fat cream cheese and reduced fat oreos to lighten them up a bit!0

you can also make these dairy free! Since oreos are already dairy free, you can use soy cream cheese, and semi sweet (non-milk)chips to dip them in (lin lieu of white choc).0

I've also made them using the yellow oreos and milk chocolate coating. They are my fav!!0
