I checked it and it says that I should eat 1850 cal per day.. I think that if I eat 1850 cal per day I will be gaining instead of losing lbs..

BTW, Im 5'4 in height. I already lost 40+ calories since december. My trainer told me that my ideal weight is 130 lbs. I guess I have to be more patient in order for me to get those cuts and abs. haha
