Good day! My weight is currently 145 lbs. 5'4 in height. My goal weight is 130 lbs. I am now eating 1400 calories/day. Before, Im eating less than 1200 cal and I lost 40 lbs (dec-mar). Will I be gaining weight if I switch to 1400 cal/day since my body is used to intake 1200 cal/day? Thanks! :)
