  • Endo diet is the way to go- with a few personal tweaks for sure. I do a mixture of primal/ endo diet since I like less grains and beans/lentils in my diet.

  • I agree with all the above, the endo diet is really worth a shot, it's a great starting point to helping your pain and healing. I'm the same with wheat and alcohol.   • my husband and I have the blow up bed in the living room so we can sleep, eat, and play video games without having to leave the living room much( we take turns on the xbox lol).
