Definitely fitting different. I need to buy smaller clothes but don't want to until I am finished losing weight/toning. I hadn't noticed all the changes until I took progress photos. I wanted to show others that 4 pounds does make a difference on us shorties :)

Thanks everyone!

You don't sound like a creeper (in fact I appreciate it!) And thank you so much. It's so motivating to know that I'm not the only one that sees changes.

Thanks everyone! And yes only 4 pounds (well just over...like 4.3). I was surprised to see a change. Now onto the next 4 (or more)

I'm not looking to be a size 2! I want to be healthy and TONED! Smallest I ever got was a consistent size 4 when I was in high school. Clothing sizes vary so much anyway. I have size 11 pants all the way to size 4 haha. I want to be fit not skinny :)

As far as calories go they are all about the same. I use olive oil. I've also cut out a lot of oil...for instance I make hamburger patties (with 93/7 meat) and spray the pan down with Pam cooking spray. When it seems to be getting dry and sticking I add water. So much healthier than tons of oil and they taste the same :)

I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds by the time I graduate in May too! The beginning of January was not as successful as I would have liked it to be. I changed my workout routine up quite a bit and while I haven't lost as many pounds as I would like to have I have lost a lot of inches (at least a lot for just a couple weeks).…
