I used to take 3 classes a week. 2 of them were just your basic lunges, jacks, etc. but the saturday class is insane. Try sprinting from end to end, then frog jumps end to end, forwards and backwards, power pucnes and kicks, 2 min kicks while holding onto the side, and my favorite push ups on the sides of the pool.

This is proabally a bit over the top BUT it really grosses me out. All the older men who walk around butt *kitten* naked in the locker room. And I dont mean from the shower to the lockers. I mean the guys who walk around naked, brush their teeth and shave at the sinks like they are at home. That is just uncalled for. IMO

pretty sure the option is only available online threw a pc. You could just launch the website from your browser and do it that way if you want to use your phone/ipad.

Well even if you enter in all your reps in the strength training it wont show any calories burned. You have to log the time under cardio (strength Training), best way to keep track is just get a HRM and log it right.

If money isnt an issue then i would say the FT60 or FT80. I just picked up and FT60 off ebay on the low low with the G1 Gps tracker. I have read reviews and researched for almost a month before pulling the trigger. The FT60 and FT80 allow you to set your VO2Max wich will give you better readings. IMO

3 weeks ago i couldnt even due like 2 minutes on the damn thing. I slowly worked my self up to 60 minutes. I could do more but personally i think that would be overkill.

I always just grab a quick bite before i exercise in the morning. Examples, granola bar, protein shake, small bowl of special k. Just something to give me a little energy then i eat a protein packed meal right after.

I have severe athritis in my knees due to surgery and i was recommended some water exercises. I know what you saying to yourself. For me right now i cannot touch weights because of my back condition. Im in the water for 8-10 hours a week and im more tired on my water days than i am on my treadmill bike days. If your joints…

Well i start every morning with a 2-3 cup bowl of Special K cereal. Go workout and then come home and eat a brunch consisting of 6 egg whites 6pieces of turkey bacon. Or just 6 pieces of turkey bacon on some whole wheat or whole grain bread. Sometimes a slice of cheese and fat free mayo. I could eat cereal all day everyday…

Well this is a bit off the beaten path but I listen to drum n bass when working out. Its fast up tempo and usual last for hours at a time without the breaks of normal music. :Lately ive been listening to a weekly podcast from the BBC radio in the UK. Theres all kinds of music podcast available to download. Keeps me going!!!
