I have mine completely closed.I don't eat much. I had gastric bypass last year so I don't eat much because of it. I've had people tell me I need to eat more so I keep it closed.

YES YES YES!!!!! I completely agree with you!!! I had Gastric bypass done May of last year. I have been told by many that it's taking the easy way out. There is nothing easy about the whole process.

I lost alot of hair starting at 3 months and it lasted until I was 7 months out. I'm almost 8 months out and it's growing back thicker than before.

I feel this post is putting people down who had weight loss surgery. If you have never been through the process, then you don't know how hard it is. I had gastric bypass surgery and I don't regret it all. I was on death's door. I tried losing weight on my own, I always gained it back.

Sometimes daily. I don't log it on here though, I just log it once a week. I am very close to my mini goal weight and it's starting to drive me mad lol.

I love my coffee!!!! I don't drink it black. I put creamer in it.

I admit it, I'm obessed with it. I had someone hide my scale so I can only weigh myself once a week.

Ideal weight for a that is 5'9" is 125-169. It all depends on what you feel comfortable with.

I did The last chance workout and I lost 30lbs when I was done with it.
